Join Larissa Strath, PhD for an engaging look at how what we eat may influence both how we feel and how we age. This talk will explore the science connecting nutrition with pain and healthy aging, including the roles of inflammation, oxidative stress, epigenetics, and cognition. Dr. Strath will highlight how these biological processes interact and discuss how nutrition may help support healthier aging, reduce pain, and preserve cognitive function.
