– Submitting the FCF is needed  for all the HR actions which require additional funding such as: hires, promotions and FTE increases

–  Please complete the General Information and Funding Detail sheets of the FCF (see the tabs at the bottom of the Excel file)

– You may find useful information regarding completing the form in the FAQ section on the Checklist sheet

– Obtain the signatures of the Division Manager, PI (if applicable) and Division Chief on the Funding Detail sheet

– Email the job description, the completed FCF and the updated budgets of the each source of funding listed to
