VA Geriatric Research, Education and Clinical Center (GRECC)

The Gainesville VA Geriatric, Research, Education and Clinical Center  (GRECC) collaborates in many areas of education with the University of Florida’s Department of Aging and Geriatric Research, to enable the future generations of physicians and scientist to provide better care for the aging veterans.

The GRECC physicians and educators with appointments at the University of Florida’s Department of Aging are: 

Dr. Miho Bautista, Director of the 4th Year Geriatric/Rehabilitation Clerkship,

Dr. John Meuleman, Director of the Geriatric Fellowship Program,

Dr. Ron Shorr, GRECC Director and Staff Physician at the Gainesville VAMC.
