We are happy to announce the launch of the new Acute Care for the Elderly (ACE) Unit, led by the UF College of Medicine’s Division of Geriatric Medicine with the Department of Aging and Geriatric Research.
Among many other benefits, ACE Units have been proven to lead to improved patient functional abilities, reducing reliance on drugs, and shortening the length of hospitalizations.
